My favourite quote is ‘Life is a journey, not a destination’ and in my teaching career I can honestly say that I have been on an incredible journey of learning many new things and I am still learning.

I am passionate about teaching, particularly Literacy, Maths, and The Arts. During my time here at Morrinsville Intermediate I have been fortunate to have made many life-long friends, have enjoyed working alongside some great teachers, experienced two school exchange trips to Japan and one to Noumea and I thoroughly enjoy teaching a great bunch of students from the Morrinsville area.

I look forward to meeting with you all.

General Information

I'm Jess Flintoff and I am honoured to be teaching at Morrinsville Intermediate!

I myself attended both Morrinsville Intermediate and College and loved the opportunities that they had to offer. I am heading into my 4th year of teaching and love it. My particular interests are sports, music and drama. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my whaanau and friends and being out on the water.

I am passionate about teaching this emerging adolescent age group and love being able to invest into my local community. I am eager to get to know each student in order to best help them achieve their goals and grow.

I look forward to meeting you!
